Diamonds
This is really happed in Africa. The blood Diamonds in sierra Leon. Many people killed in this boor country, and all of this happed to find the diamonds. Clan has a cars and guns attacks the villages to kill people without any reasons, and they took the young boys to work for them from any village. As well, they took some people to work like slaves and find the diamonds. Some of these people killed, because they try to steal some diamonds. In addition, this clan took some people to cut their hands and feet. The clan do all of these things to sell the diamonds for buy cars and guns to fight the government. The boys when were abducted by clan. They wash their brains and emotion. Also they train them to kill people. As well, this clan gives to these boys drugs and drinks to make sure the boys will not run away. These boys named as solider boy.This movie feels me sad about this country, because the people die for ridicules reasons. Also the government is weak and they can’t protect his nation people. I can avoid blood diamonds by find trustable shops and ask one who has a strong background about diamonds and sources.

Nowadays we are facing big problems which are global warming, pollution, diseases and the uses of petrol and so on. We have to reduce our uses for the energy consuming because it will affect on our life in the future and it’s already affecting us now. If we didn’t solve these problems we will need another earth.
Since the start of the industrial revolution there were some of the problems associated with economic development which is earth environmental issues. We have to decrease the amount of carbon dioxide to 1.5 to live our single earth. During the last 30 years in Japan GDP has gone up 2% while energy efficiency has increased 37% and oil consumption has decreased 8 %. Eighty percent of carbon dioxide emitted into the air comes from building and transporting. A new transportation types like monorail station, water transportation, light riel transit station will be used in the Cool City in Abu Dhabi. Also there are two types of new buildings which are eco-towers and eco-residences. These types of transportation and buildings will help reduce the CO2 in UAE.
Cool Cities is a project which wants to reduce the CO2 and provide a good life for the people. It’s a green city without any pollution and uses of petrol. Mr. Younes wants Masdar to truly be a “zero-carbon” city that uses every bit of its available resources. The $22 billion carbon-neutral Masdar development could very well be the city of the future (The National). A japans company SDCJ (Sustainable Development Consortium of Japan) is the construction supervisor (Cool City). In my opinion I agree with idea of the Cool City because it will be a non-polluted city.

Task 7
The global warming is a serious problem that faces all things on the earth. The scientists agree that global warming is real and it's already happening. In this task I'm going to talk about the global warming from different ways such as: the cause and what we have to do to stop it.
Let me first talk about the global warming and the main causes of it. The global warming means increase the earth average surface temperature by a few degrees because of the increase in the volume of water, which contributes to a sea-level rise and the emission of gases that trap the sun's heat in the Earth's atmosphere, such as carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrogen. It's also caused by the burning of fossil fuels like gas, oil and carbon and industrial pollutants.
Now I'll talk about the thing that we have to do it to reduce and stop the global warming. There are many ways and solution to reduce and stop the global warming. First one is that the people should reduce using of the electricity which emits greenhouse gases. The second one is that follow RRR-Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle: which means that the people should not throw the products in the ground because some of it produces harmful gases. The third one is that we have to plant many trees because it absorb the gases such as carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen. The fourth usage the clean renewable power like wind and water and the other thing. The fifth one we have to reduce using of electricity inside our home and turn of ii if we don’t have to use it. The sixth is that the People should use only energy efficient appliances for examples: Thermostat should be put in the air conditioners to reduce reduces the temperature automatically. Seventh we have to use new type of vehicles helps to reduce the effect of global warming. The last solution we have to put instruction about the dangerous of global warming that can help all people to know it's dangerous for the human being.
If we used that techniques to reduce the emission and the global warming causes and effect the next generation will live on a health life and all the problems for the global warming will reduce also they will use the new technologies that help for solve it and how to deal with it.
In conclusion, I hope that all the global warming problems end and find many ways to stop also I hope that the people have to deal with it like a real problem.

Task 4
Each person after watching a movie has thought and comments to say what he or she thinks of the film. Some people mention the positive things about the film and the others mention the negative thing. In this essay I will point out the positives and negatives.
To begin with let us examine why some people are against films. However, first point is that the film what we have seen was not very clear. I mean that the central point wasn’t look like about global warming. According to Scott (if Gore’s purpose is to seriously spread the word and wake the world up to the dangers of Global warming, then he would do well to not alienate half his audience)( Scott 1).yet another point is that the people who want to disprove the science are doing so for purely reasons. That means that science is the peace topic.
Although there are some negatives there are some major positives also. First point is that Algore made the presentation entertaining. To clarify, he presents his arguments without being patronizing, (boring or dry)(O’Hara 1). Another point is that Gore was very careful to not make the film party-political. I mean that he was very careful to make the people enjoy the presentation. Yet another point is that the film didn’t only overcome the fact that it’s preachy. For example, it shows us many different points.

My life
My name is Waleed Saeed Khamis AlZaabi; I was born in the 3rd. of Aug. 1989 in Saudi Arabia in “AlSharkia” the beautiful city near “AlDammam”. I came from Saudi Arabia with my family when I was two years old. We were in Saudi Arabia because my father used to work there as an engineer and he had married there. I have three brothers and two sisters. One is older than me and one is younger than me. We have two houses in Abu Dhabi and two in RAK. I was brought up in Abu Dhabi in Al Zaab Area in the middle of Abu Dhabi. I studied in a privat elementary school and then I moved to the government schools in the high school.
When I was on teenager I felt the responsibility because all my brothers got married and I was the only one who can do all the home needs. I like travelling and I hope to travel around all the world in the future, until now I have been in some Countries like France, Belgium, Luxsumborg, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Switzerland and some Gulf countries. Maybe when I was a teenager there were some things that made me distinct from my friends for example the Poetry. My oldest brother is a poet and he used to write poems when he was thirteen years old and now he is thirty-seven years old. He taught me poetry and its rules and I have benefited a lot from his experience.
I grew up and worked hard at school to have good marks and to make my family happy specially my parents. When I graduated from the high school with good marks I was giving many things that I prefer on, like a driving license, a new car and many things I needed. I am interested in doing sports and training every weekend. Every couple days I run 2-6 km because a healthy body means a healthy mind. Yet another one of my most interests is going to the cinemas, I go to the cinema about 3 times a week and I like the adventures and scary movies.
Each person in the world must be influenced by something in life; and the most thing that influenced me is my brother struggling because he was expelled from his high school and then he moved to the army academy to study there. He worked hard and got the highest grade on his group and then moved to Australia to study there for five years and got excellent on Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and I hope to be like him because he didn’t despair and he has a good outlook.
I wish to be a professional engineer and to be able to improve my life from good to the best to satisfy my parents and have a good future. If I can do anything to my country in the future I will do all my best to develop our beautiful Emirates. And finally if I have my hope and dreams I will teach my sons to be like their father.

task 3
In 2006 a documentary film about global warming directed by Davis Guggenheim, and presented by former US Vice President Al Gore. The movie was too long and I think it was about one hour; Davis was taking about the facts from global warming and also explains how global warming affects our environment. He talks about what happen if the world’s governments and citizens don’t act; it will be a disastrous consequences. Davis get a nice presentation with a good pictures that explain the dangerous with the global warming and what it affect before and what will be in the future. I think he covered many important points on his movie and because he is a funny guy; he gets nice funny points that kept all listener attention to the presentation. The movie was very interesting for me because there are many things that warning us about the affects of the global warming and how it will be if we don’t catch it.
task 2
Everyone knows the bad effect of global warming and how it affects our climate. Global warming is the increase in the temperature of the earth's atmosphere, and when the temperature increases we will see that the ice is melting and that will affect the environmental balance of the Earth. The number of deaths of both people and plants is increased and we have to reduce it.I think we should know how we make the global warming, and when we know we should reduce it. First, one of the most important causes is the emissions from our machines and I think all of us should be aware of it and how the emissions are dangerous for our climate. The weather is getting hotter and we must stop it very fast. So the government s must pass some laws to reduce the CO2 which affects our weather.
